Stacia Lauderdale
Licensed Professional Counselor Associate
Supervised by Kimberly Collins, LPC-S
“Life can be complicated, and we all experience seasons when we feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what comes next. I believe people are resilient and capable of growth, even when life makes that difficult to see. Healing begins with a safe, compassionate, judgment free space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and understood. My goal is to meet you right where you are, walk alongside you through the difficult places, and empower you to recognize your strengths, develop practical tools, and move toward healing, meaningful change, and hope. I believe every person is uniquely created with value and purpose. My faith is a significant part of who I am, and if faith is meaningful to you, I would be honored to incorporate it into our work together. Wherever you are in your journey, you do not have to walk it alone.”
