Lindsey Lehtinen

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

“It is my goal to meet each client where they are spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically in order to guide them in the therapeutic process. I believe that our identity and hope is found in Jesus Christ and that it is only through him that we can be fully restored. I integrate evidence-based treatment approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), dialectical behavioral (DBT) and mindfulness based self-compassion. I will work to understand how you experience the world around you and will do my best to empower you to believe the truth of your inherent worth and value. I look forward to meeting you!”
