This adult-centered workshop explores the impact of pornography, factors that can contribute to repeated patterns of use, and how curiosity rather than shame can help uncover the deeper needs, emotions, patterns, and experiences connected to the struggle.
Rather than focusing only on managing temptation or stopping a behavior, we’ll look more deeply at what the behavior may be connected to and what meaningful change can involve.
Participants will leave with practical starting points for moving toward healthier patterns and greater freedom. This workshop is appropriate both for adults who are personally struggling with pornography and for spouses or loved ones who want to better understand the struggle and how meaningful change happens.
What to Expect:
This is an educational workshop, not group therapy. Participants will not be asked to share or disclose personal experiences.
Presented by: Sarah Cook, MS, LPC-S
